Mr. Shuang-Lang (Paul) Peng served as the Chairman of AUO Corporation from 2015 onwards. With robust corporate governance and visionary strategic leadership, he spearheads the value transformation of the Company, expanding its innovations into exploration for future possibilities across a diverse range in the vertical market, which thrives in multiple fields such as display, smart mobility, industrial intelligence, healthcare, retail, education and energy.

Mr. Peng also emphasizes sustainable business values, leading AUO to become a member of the global renewable energy initiative RE100. He has actively advanced ESG efforts, embedding corporate sustainability and social responsibility into the company’s core operations.

Starting August 2025, Mr. Peng additionally assumes the role of Group Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity, he oversees the Group’s global business strategy, development direction, and resource allocation. By integrating group-wide resources, he aims to steadily drive AUO’s business growth, accelerate transformation, and empower teams for continued evolution and success.

• Served as a member of the Board of National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), responsible for promoting national digital technology applications and innovation development policies.

Dr. Frank Ko is currently the President and Group COO of AUO Corporation. He has guided the Company’s business operations with the focus of innovation excellences. Throughout the global pandemic and changes in geopolitical competition, he has demonstrated remarkable ability in integrating operational resources, leading the Company to achieve continued successes.

AUO’s business strategy centers on three pillars: Display, Mobility Solutions, and Vertical Solutions, aiming for long-term and sustainable growth. Dr. Ko oversees the operational integration across group companies within these pillars, encompassing business development, manufacturing synergy, and technological innovation. Under his leadership, AUO has built a more globalized and forward-looking operational team, effectively implementing the Group’s transformation strategy and generating synergistic performance that enhances industrial competitiveness.

Dr. Ko has an enthusiastic outlook for the display industry and has more than 20 years of experience working in this field. Since joining AUO in the early days of its establishment, he has assumed positions across various areas, such as new technology research and development, manufacturing process and integration, and product marketing and sales as well as technology and strategic development; he is a well-rounded management professional. He once served as Chairman and CEO of E Ink Holdings Inc., creating innovative applications of e-paper in multiple fields, along with ecosystem partners. In 2019, he returned to AUO Group and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AUO.
